This is an accidental second blog to showcase my work. My main blog can be found at www.dughandler.blogspot.com. This site will be a dropping point for things I don't think will jive with the primary blog, but will work just fine here. For whatever reason, the image of a ghost town stuck in my head as I began to re-work & beef-up this sucker. Ghost towns symbolize lost dreams, unfulfilled hopes, and ultimately, abandonment. At this stage of the game, I think many people across the country, and certainly here in New York, have these themes weighing on there minds. The background image of this particular ghost town though is taken from an episode of something I always found "reassuring", the classic sixties T.V. show, The Munsters. The above screen capture is from Herman's Happy Valley, one of my favorite installments.
